What type of hair do you use?

We specialise in premium virgin and raw hair bundles, used to create our custom wigs.
Each unit is carefully selected to ensure softness, longevity, and a natural finish.

If you’re looking for something even more premium, we also offer raw wig requests upon enquiry.

Are your wigs ready to wear?

Yes — this is our signature.

Every wig is:

  • Fully customised
  • Professionally plucked
  • Pre-bleached
  • Styled to perfection

Your wig arrives ready to wear straight out of the box, with no additional work needed.

Do you offer custom colours or styles?

Absolutely.
We offer full custom colour and texture requests.

If you have a specific look in mind that isn’t shown on the website, simply message us — we can often create it for you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide.

Wherever you are, your Collection D’Allure order can be delivered directly to you.

How long does processing take?

Our average processing time is 5–14 days.

However, most orders are completed and dispatched within 7 days or less.

For urgent orders, express processing and shipping options are available.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we do offerexpress shipping optionsat checkout for customers who need their order sooner.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

All wigs are final sale due to the custom nature of our products.

We do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been placed.

However, if there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assess and resolve it for you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Major debit & credit cards
  • PayPal
  • Clearpay (pay in instalments)

Full payment is required at checkout — we do not offer deposits.

Do you offer different wig sizes and densities?

Yes.

We offer:

  • Cap sizes: Small, Medium, Large
  • Densities: 150%, 180%, 200%

If you require something more specific, you can request a custom fit.

Do the wigs come pre-bleached and pre-styled?

Yes.

All wigs come:

  • Pre-bleached
  • Pre-plucked
  • Styled before dispatch

We ensure your unit is ready to install and wear immediately.

Do you offer wig maintenance or revamp services?

We do not offer maintenance services.

However, we do offer wig revamp services, which can restore and refresh your unit when needed.

These are available under our revamp service section.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our website, select the wig you love, and place your order.

Every unit is already pre-customised and prepared — so there is no additional selection process required unless you are requesting a custom design.

Can I request something that isn’t on the website?

Yes — and we encourage it.

Just because a style, colour, or texture is not listed on the website does not mean it cannot be created.

Message us directly with your request, and we will let you know what is possible.
